Tuscany Community Association
This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home, patio home, paired patio home, or condo in Siena. Patio Homes Neighborhood
Patio homes within the Tuscany community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Quarterly Assessment, funding patio home landscape and grounds maintenance, and its own
budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of patio homes are Members of the Tuscany Homeowners Association and pay the Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements.
Paired Patio Homes Neighborhood
Paired Patio homes within the Tuscany community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Assessment, funding paired patio home landscape and grounds maintenance, and its own
budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of paired patio homes are Members of the Tuscany Homeowners Association and pay the Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements.
Siena at Tuscany Condominium Owners' Association
